Looking for 40 or 50ft extensioncord from HVX to BT-LH1700w monitor

[wim]

I`m filming in in 720P , using cranes and dollys , so I`m looking
for an extensioncord to my HD-monitor .
any suggestions ?

I believe the way to go for a span that long is HDSDI.
You would connect the HD component output from the HVX to a HDSDI converter like this one:

Then you can drag a single BNC to the monitor.

Gefen Products makes all sorts of extenders... They specialize in DVI and HDMI and such... They do make a handy product that I believe will be perfect for you!

from gefen.com
Gefen Component Extender
Extends any Component Video HDTV display up to 300 feet using a Single CAT-5e Cable

How it Works
The Component Extender sender unit connects to any component video source using the supplied Component cable. The receiver unit connects to your HDTV component video display up to 300 feet away. One CAT-5e cable is used to connect the sender to receiver for perfect video extension up to 1080p.

I have not personally used this product, but I have used tons of other cables and adapters and various other products by this company and so far everything as worked great. They specialize in making a bunch of niche products for converting various video signals and extending cables. Their trick to extent video and various other signals is to convert it to CAT 5 and something in that box allows the signal to travel the distance without loss of quality. I spoke with a few employees at Macworld SF where they were exhibiting a box to allow an Apple 20" or 23" HD display to take a component input..
