Well how much money do you have? Show em at least a 5 digit figure and the Principal might blow you on the spot.
 
i tried money but that didnt work he was like that money should be paid to him becuase thats like a bribe so i went to the the school system and they were confused. but i think i could get a school somewhere else. but i know why it didnt happen it was new principal the principal that i grew up with retired the year i graduated.

Principal:"Speilberg wants to shoot at my school? Wow!! Absolutely!! Oh, wait you said your name is "Stephan" Speilberg, not Steven? Sorry, you cant shoot here. Gotta run, have a faculty meeting. Bye."

or:
Just say you got permission from the superintendent of schools, or, I got permission from the mayor, or something like that!!
