Long Exposure Video Question.

I used to have a XH-A1 and I would be able to film VIDEO with the high Exposure to get a cool effect. But how is this possible with the Canon 7D.
Here is a Music Video I made with this example.

The very slow shutter effect? No, the slowest the 7D shutter can go is 1/30 so you won't get this effect. You could do something similar by shooting still frames in burst mode instead, then import them at 1/3 of a second lengths instead

Yea. I've thought about having to do that. I just liked the way it was so simple to do inside the XH-A1. There that's that? Can't do it in Video Mode. There's not a modd or something!?
