log and transfer problem with fs100

Can anyone tell me why I was able to simply connect my fmu unit from the fs100 and Final Cut (6) would immediatly recognize it and load the files into log and transfer the first four times I did it and now all of a sudden for some reason it won't? FCP just keeps saying unsupported file or incorrect file structure. Thanks for any help.

Go to the settings button in the log and transfer window and try to reset the custom path..
 
Thanks for the input but that didn't work either. I guess FCP will not ingest 1080/60p since I reformatted the fmu it has worked fine with 1080/30p and 1080/60i just not the 60p. Does that sound right?
 
Yea, last I checked FCP doesn't support 1080/60p natively so you need to use a third party to transcode...maybe ClipWrap or something like that..
 
Yep, FCP does not like the 1080p/60p footage off these cameas, use a program called ClipWrap, works brilliantly...

this. but, if you wanna conform with cinema tools, you have to let it run through mpeg streamclip also, doesn't degrade it, just annoying.

I hope apple comes out with a 1080p60 update... itd make sense because a few new cameras are coming out with 1080p60
