Live concert- only ambient light + spotlight- suggested settings, profile, ISO, etc

Hi
Will be shooting a live concert in 2 weeks. Renting a C300 for the show. Have no idea what settings I should be using on camera.
Also, this will be the first time using the camera, though have several years experience with 7D and 5D's.

Can anyone recommend some good starting points for in camera settings, picture profile's, ISO's etc to use.
