That is one smooth piece of work. Bravo. Extremely well crafted.
The feel good factor made even me believe that Big Blue had a human face - briefly.
Of course by inference they are saying that most people think of them actually as cold, uncaring, largely masculine (not in favor of women and children) with impersonal open plan offices, extremely late working hours and a lack of upward or lateral mobility.
