lines in my image

hello everyone! i have a proble and im hoping you guys can help me.
ok, after i edit my footage with FCP, i export using quicktime conversion, but i dont know what im doing wrong, everytime i export the result are horizontal lnes in the movement on my video...
can anyone tell me th settings i should use to render my projects? i dont want to loose quality, but i dont want those lines in my video...

Try de-interlacing your footage before exporting.

the only problem is that i´ve allready tried that, and i´m still getting lines, less lines, but theyre still there...
