looks like some lanparte, but you never know, could be a composite of several maker.

It's just a Redrock shoulder pad backwards with some goofy thing being used as a handle.

I wouldn't be surprised if the baseplate was made by Hot Rod Camera. I believe they use the green color and I know it was a PL modified 7d.

Agree that it looks like a Hot Rod/RedRock combo.
