Light Painting 2

Since we recently released kdenlive 0.8, the Light Graffiti effect (in the frei0r-plugins package) is now available for everyone. No need to compile anymore, just install kdenlive via packet manager :) Thus, if anybody is reading and/or even intending to use this effect, have fun.
