Light/Battery/Frame Combo

Looking to add a Lowell ID 100w lite on top of my HMC150 --but I would like to have an option of getting an Anton Bauer battery integrated to the camera and not have to use a battery belt--anyone had any experience with this--or a comparable integrated setup with another model or manufacturer.

Also--suggestions on frames/adapters to integrate wireless mic receivers to the HMC150

Thanks for taking time to reply.

if you plan to do handheld, i don't think you're going to appreciate the extra weight of that battery. why the lowell? have you considered any of the led lights? they are usually lighter and don't need as much battery power.

as for mounting a wireless receiver, if you're trying to mount 2 accessories to the cold shoe, i'd get some kind of flash bracket or shoe extender so that you can put both your light and a receiver on top. eg: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/126229-REG/Cool_Lux_MD3000_MD_3000_Light_and_Sound.html

if your receiver doesn't have a cold shoe connector, you can find these little case/housing type holders to slip it into that then mount to the cold shoe. eg: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/342417-REG/Azden_RSB_1.html

for that price, i recommend:

just ordered 2 yesterday. the demo videos look promising....will know for sure when i get my hands on them!

super versatile lights
connect them together like legos
use AA or sony batteries or DC power
most diffuse fill i've seen on an LED
also the brightest LED for the $

my plan is to use one on-camera if i have to, and the other on a gorillapod as fill or hairlight.
