Some online TV wants to license some of our videos

Just wondering what is the normal license fee for 4K video - per hour?
also what are the license terms when providing video - do the customer license for 1 year, unlimited use ?
also with internet age, does license mean - for one country or unlimited usage ?

Seriously what is the content, what is the location they want to use it (country) is it a one off broadcast or repeats? on-line streaming and on-demand etc?
what you have asked is "how long is a pice of string"

BTW for the internet you can still restrict it to a country.
