The footage looks like crap and I have done everything I was supposed to.
I mean it. I rendered and burned some footage out and it looks like I was watching an 8mm film in a swimming pool with sand in my eyes.

I am destroyed.
This sucks.

Any advice?
 
I'm using the extreme with canon FD Lenses 50mm and 28mm 1.4 and 2.8.
I am serious... I have done everything possible.
 
I was looking into this kind of set-up but NOT since the release of the GH1 and the 5D. Seems kind of pointless now and for the cost of the cheap letus I could get the whole kit and caboodle on the GH1. Sure, there's advantages to using a real video camera, but there's other advantages to using a DSLR.. namely the money involved.

I think the adapter business is going to take a huge tank over the next couple of years. The light loss alone is almost a deal breaker and the set-up time and all that jazz...
