Letterbox Measurements?

I am going to be taping up my LCD to emulate letterbox, but before I go through the process (shizzle mo frazzle gizzle I'm lazy) I was wondering if anyone had the measurements for the different LCD letterboxing sizes. If it's an awesome printable version, I will give you 7 trillion dollars American. Get out the measuring tape.

(Disclaimer: I make the following product.)
Save yourself the 7 trillion minus about 5 bucks and pick up a pack of Screen Skins framing overlays at EVS, Abel Cine or B&S. They're available in 16x9, 1:85 and 2:35 ratios.
Using tape on your LCD finder can really leave a messy residue that is tough to remove.
If you insist on making your own, at least try to find a material with an extremely low tack adhesive.
