Do people have experience using the T2i reliably at weddings? I thought there was a 12 minute recording limit? I also heard about over heating issues that made me to nervous to buy one for event use.
I have had issues with the 12-minute limit in doing interviews, where even though I have an external monitor angled to the side of the cam where i'm sitting, I don't notice the time and I look up to see recording has stopped. I now set the stopwatch on my phone as a second counter. I still mess up and run the interview past 12 minutes. i need a portable vibrating buzzer that can be set to go off every ten minutes or so, to manually restart recording.
