Lens & Steadicam for HVX?

Hi People,

I need help! I'm new to this HVX stuff and I need help with my purchasing to get my creative expressions out there.

If I want to buy a Steadicam Flyer for my HVX200, what items do I need to purchase besides the Steadicam Flyer? Do I need to buy 4-pin XLR Male to 4-pin Female Power Cable - 10 ft and would a BCM-150 charger/power and two BP-GL65 V-Mount batteries be all I need to get?

Also, what are the best brand of lens to buy for the HVX?

There is no need for the power cable. You would use the HVX's own batteries on the Flyer. - it does come with a cable if you use a camera (or accessory) with a 12v XLR input.

For power all you need is batteries. The Flyer is available with wither V-lock (Sony, IDX) or Anton Bauer mounts, you choose which when you order. The Charger and abtteries you mention above shoudl work fine.
You can also get IDX V-mount batteries and a charger (or a kit) from Steadicam.
