Hey Ahalpert - OK at this point I owe ya a house by the sea. Let me know which ocean ya want to face? Dude - I really appreciate yer feedback.
With more research i saw the weight of the DZO - I had already consulted with a surgeon about knocking in a steel bolt into my elbow with the panny 12-35 and the gimbal.
Yes 'throw' I meant the 'zoom range.' And the tokina playing nice with adapter - I meant the calibration - i had visions of trying to shim the adapter using toothpicks under a tin shed at 3 am.
Glad to hear you haven't had troubles with the viltrox speedbooster. I'm thinking of running up to B&H today (wish they had their candies back on display) and purchase two viltroxes for my tokina 11-16 and the sigma 17-50 and just see how the hell they perform. I'm going to go back and read all you wrote here and make a decision. Thanks again Ahalpert. Yer obviously a prince. merci.
