AC130: Lens Issue/Defect?

O.K. So I took my new 130A out for only the second time and did a little test shooting. It's an overcast day, and when I went to put the lens cap on, I tilted the camera up to attach it and I noticed this strange area on the lens. It is about a third of a circle and looked like a grease spot.

When I arrived home, I used a microfiber lens cloth and did the ole "breath" thing to fog the lens and gently wiped the lens. It's still there with no change. When I did the "breath" thing and fogged the lens up, it was really noticeable. You can see it on the attached photo... sorry about the focus.

Ant thoughts? I don't want to try and clean it with anything (cleaner). Under warranty?

It can onlt be seen if it's pointed at a bright object and that's why I didn't notice it until today. Cloudy sky today and that why the camera is pointed toward a window for the photo. I haven't noticed anything showing up on the footage that I shot, but I don't want to pay this much for a lens that may have issues.

I would forward this photo to Panasonic service center and see what they think. It needs addressing, imho.
