Hi Guys,
So I went out to the beach yesterday. The sun was shinning. I was making a few shots with my T2i and my Sigma 24-70mm F/2.8 HSM lens. I did not really bother shooting at F/2.8 because the LCD was barely visible, so I ended up shooting some video at around F/13-20. My question is. When I shoot at such high aperture, what is an optimum focusing distance because I know that the depth of field becomes quite large at those settings. Is there an optimum setting for the focus that will get me to shoot most of my moving shots on the beach without going out of focus. It is a pain in the butt to focus with the sun getting in your eyes. Any advice would be appreciated.
