Hi Guys. Do you know maybe if there is available to buy Led video light which can be fited with canon 60d battery? (LP-E6) I've found some video light with LED which use some type of battery from panasonic, sony but i haven't seen canon.
They typically take video camera batteries, not still camera batteries like the LP E6. My advice is find whatever battery is compatible with your light and buy a handful of generic batteries and a charger off eBay.
I haven't have it yet. I have Canon 60d and I am looking for the video light, so if I found something which works with 60d's battery, I would buy it. Sa that's why i am asking.
The LP-E6 battery is about 1/3 - 1/5 capacity of the DV size video camera batteries; it is just too small to support the power requirement of a typical LED light. This is why you can not find a light like that.
