GH3 LCD changes brightness when recording

I'm finding the LCD turns brighter when recording starts. Is there a way to calibrate it so it matches the non-recording brightness? The actual recording matches the non-recording mode. TIA

CRICKETS!!!

I eventually found that this is caused by the Constant Preview feature. When it's set on, the screen brightens during recording so you are not seeing the exposure of what's being recorded. Turning Constant Preview OFF solves the problem. FYI.

Ok, finally i have found someone having same problem of me:i think it should be an annoying Softyware BUG. I am fighting with it since weeks, but at first i have discovered it takins stills. Here what happen: Wheel of Mode in M(manual picture), Focus in Manual. Constant preview ON. NOw, i enter FOCUS ASSIST function. This Function by default it is in 4X mode. Then, i get out FOCUS ASSIST by pressin F3 and have the same problem the author of topic is reporting. The preview on LCD it is not anymore responding correctly to adjustment of exposure. Specifically, every shutter speed slower than 60 (50, 40 ,25 ecc) will not affect anymore the preview, while pic will come out correctly according to setting. So COnstant preview Get spoiled once entered-exited ASSIST FOCUS BUT ONLY if you enter focus assist in 4X, and stays like that until you switch off the camera or enter again ASSIST FOCUS and set it at 5X. INFACT IF you set assist focus at 5X or 10X there is no problem at all. I thought it was only for stills mode this trouble, but Yesterday i got it in video mode, and i remembered of this topic. So now i think that it is a bug of software, while previously could htink was a problem with my camera, as seems noone else had it. I have been to assistance, they could not help, saying to wait nex firmware, but as i insist they promise to take care of the issue and investigate, also with the main Panasonic. So if other owner discover the same issue and start to complain we might succeed sooner. Looks like noone complain, but i think it is something that people may not notice in some way.... So I Ask you every GH3 Owner to test this and start a complain to Panasonic to have i fixed. I will open a topic for it

Constant Preview has no effect on this. I've tested it ON/OFF and I still get a significant color/gamma shift when hitting record.

How is no one else complaining about this?? I set up and light my shot according to the preview which looks perfect, but then when I hit record the saturation jumps up and overall gamma changes giving me an ugly image!

I lock exposure and all other settings before recording and have all relevant auto-features deactivated (including LCD brightness). What the hell Panasonic?! How is a professional supposed to work like this??
