Lav mic help/recommendation

I am trying to decide between these two lav mic set ups. Any recommendations on which one; or perhaps another you can recommend? Not sure how the two below would differ from each other as far as accessories since I am clueless on how lav mics get set up. Thanks.

Well I have two sets of the Sony's and I love them. Great price and they sound good. Never a dropout in signal or that annoying vipping. Sony also has a set with the plugin transmitter. That's great to have when working events with sound boards. Just plug it into the board or the house sound system and you're not tied to a wire. I don't know about the Sennheiser 100s. It's a great brand, but the last time I used those were many years ago. They sounded good, but they would occasionally vip, and that drives me crazy. They may have improved over the years.
