FS7: LANC with IRIS/F-stop control?

Does Sony has a LANC with IRIS/F-stop control?
I'm standing behind the camera/tripod - and reaching for the IRIS/F-stop is just
awkward.

I assume you meant "a LANC controller". I posted a very similar question last week... zero answers so far. Also posted in the Sony forums, only crickets.

They sure do - the RM-30BP. I've been on a quest and still haven't found a single person in the US that owns one. Acebil makes the RM-S1 and RM-C1 which have dedicated iris knobs. They said "the RM-S1 will work flawlessly with the Sony's" but they're not sure about the C1. Anyway I'll believe it when I'll see it, trying to get an eval unit from them.

While the RM-30BP can be mounted on a tripod handle, it may be overkill for what you seek.

The Varizoom VZROCK can control iris "with certain compatible cameras", but Varizoom told me that the FS5/7 are not. I still hope it was just misinformation, was hoping to track down an owner to find out.

Finally, most people just mount the handgrip, since it's a great remote control that's fully compatible. I don't have an FS7 with me, but I believe you can easily map one of the user buttons to the iris and then adjust it with the joystick. Others should be able to chime in on that.

I just looked at the BHphoto page after I posted. Wow, I can see why not many
people would fork $1K for a remote control. I just want Iris, focus, zoom, rec on/off
for tripod handle

It would be so nice, if Sony has some API so one would control via - phone+usb cable

You can operate the FS7 from a web browser by connecting your smartphone, tablet, etc to the camera using the USB wireless LAN module (IFU-WLM3) that comes with the camera. Allows for Rec Start/Stop, Iris, Focus, Zoom...
I've used this when camera was mounted to jib.
