You can get speed cranks for $9 on ebay, assuming ARRI used a common size (1/2 inch?). I think I bought a short and long version for around $10 shipped a few years ago. Nothing about a speed crank is rocket science. Now if you really need the knob that turns the gears, then that's different.

No, I don't mean a speedcrank, I mean a Follow Focus knob.
Otherwise known as a handwheel for most americans. :-)

By the way your ebay link explains this deeply technical term :
"The ARRI Speed Crank fits into the socket of any ARRI follow focus knob."
