C500: KiPro Quad recordings show 8px glitchy line across the bottom

I'm using the C500, recording 1080p23.98 ProRes 4444 on the KiPro Quad, and 90% of our shots have an 8 pixel line across the bottom of the frame. The contents of this line jitter constantly — ranging from what looks like part of the image, to static, to color bars like in the attached screenshot. There was an SDI monitor connected to the MON output of the KiPro, and we never noticed this glitch during the shoot. But it is definitely visible in all the recorded footage. Has anyone seen this before, or have a solution?

If the Canon C500 and the Ki Pro Quad were both configured correctly, you should not see anything like the image that has been posted in this thread. AJA Technical Support will need as much detail as possible about your camera and recorder configuration (BNC connection used on the camera, cabling used, etc.) as well as the menu settings used on both devices.
