Kinor cinema digital camera anyone?

[youngindiefilms]

I just found this by accident:

http://www.kinor.ru/en/products/camera/dc2k/

First thing that comes to mind is why they let pre-school children design their website, doesn't look very professional or give much assurance.
Looks even like some Russian guys are jumping on the Red train trying to make a fast buck.

Did anyone here on this board here of this camera, let alone own one?

This is old news. These guys have been in business longer than Red. I got a price quote from them and the system is very expensive. It showed up on Reds website earlier in the year and it was quickly vanished from the threads. The website might look low brow but the footage from the cam is excellent.

In the meantime I've seen that it more or less came out at the same time as Red, only never heard anything about it so far. A Shame they're almost as much as a Red One since the footage I have seen looks quite good.

Anyone else knows anything about Kinor? Who are this guys? Are their cameras real? Was anything shot on them?
