Keeping V-Locks warm & protected?

I've been asked to look for some sort of covers/cases that can keep V-Lock batteries nice and warm. Was out on a shoot the other day where the cold was incredibly noticeable and the batteries we brought were barely able to last a few hours. If anyone has any suggestions or recommendations that'd be fantastic. Keeping them in pockets can only do so much, as a lot of the time we're running & gunning. So it'd be even better if it was something small enough to keep in a bag or attached to the hip.

On snowy mountain rescue shoots, I've kept V-Mount batteries quite happy and warm in a Pelican case stowed in a plugin 12 volt Pizza delivery container. The warmed up Peli case holds warmth for a good couple of hours or so when out of the vehicle. How long depends on the ambient temp of course. When back on the road just put the Peli case back in your Pizza delivery warmer for a warm top-up! It was something like the one below.

I've also used Neoprene containers like these for carrying individual warmed up batteries in those sorts of conditions. Also used these bags for lenses... not warmed of though :)
