Dear friends.

I have just completed and uploaded "Kata's VDSLR bags highlights review".
Shot with Canon 7d. in 1080/25 and 720/50 (for slowing down in Twixtor pro).
There was not much of an info on "how to work with Twixtor within the Adobe Premiere environment" but some trail and error led me to O.K results. Also, keeping the shutter at 1600 helped getting sharp(ish) picture.

Thanks for watching!

Looks nice. Canon you give me some info regarding the 17-55 lens? I'm really thinking about buying it, but it is very expensive. Also I see that tripod you own cost several thousand dollars... What is the purpose of having such an expensive tripod?

Thanks

Thanks for the link Johnnie. Looks like a nice bag for shooting on the go. I like the Pelican 1510 case for moving DSLR equipment around. I will definitely look into this bag for walk-around use.

vison_filmz,
The Canon 17-55 is the best "all around" zoom lens currently available. It is modestly price, fast (f2.8) and has an image stabilizer. On the down side (just to name few), it is a photo lens with no focus hard stops and no weather sealing.

A good tripod is expensive and a proper fluid head is essential for pro work. You can try the Manfrotto HD504 (great value for the money) or wait to see what NAB brings in terms of affordable quality tripod heads....

Chris, thanks for watching!.
The Pelicans are great and very protective but somehow less flexible and much heavier then other solutions out there.

Thank you for the response. I currently only do this as a Hobby but I really love what I do. I respect your work and look at it as an inspiration of things I would like to do one day. I seriously need to get this lens!

This great forum is all about helping each other. If you need more info, please do not hesitate.

Thanks.

awesome work, Johnnie. I always try and justify buying twixtor. Don't know what I would use it for, really, but that piece looks great.

And for the 17-55 lens.... it's a must. It's the lens I use most often. Love it. Fast, sharp and insane IQ. You won't be disappointed.
