Just got the Glidecam pro 2000

I just got this thing in, its a monster to get balanced and to use. HEAVY!
How I feel about it is up in the air untill I get some more time using it. Anyone else use it?
I found out it works better if you have the img stab turned off on the camera.

hey Jeff, with the XH A1, you will have to expand the telescoping tube to its maximum and then add counter weights to get the proper amount of drop time. But the camera really is at it's limits. It does work though, just can't add peripherals.
 
is there a better solution then the glidecam 2000 for the A1?
I will try extending the rod all the way to see if it makes it better. I have 4 weights on each of the screws also.

The 4000 would be better with heavier cams like the a1, then you can add stuff to it, with the 2000 even the barecam is kinda pushing it.
