I just got my T3i. Was trying to get it to 1920-1080 24 it is on 30 but I can't figure out how to get it move over to 24?

LOL!!! The user guide is pretty good for this sort of thing 
Hit Q then the down arrow until you are on the resolution on the left side of the LCD. Then hit the left and right arrow to go to the mode you want. If you hit set in the center after the Q, it will take you to the screen to set the 1x - 3x zoom.
