Just got my HVX 200

I was wondering if anyone would give me to rundown on how to get my fire store footage off on my MAC pro. I have done searchs yet I like to get the most current workflow details. I have the HVX book and that seams to be outdated, I read here that I can't simply us the cam as a deck. Here is what I have to work with:

HVX200
Firestore HD
(2) 16gb cards

any help would be greatly appreciated.
