Yes it is set to The Eagles' "New Kid In Town"

Made this last weekend with some friends just for fun. Any feedback is welcome, hope you guys enjoy it.

*There are a couple comedic NSFW moments in the film if you work with people who have absolutely no sense of humor at all.*

 
Great cinematography. Really like a lot of the shots. The one towards the end with him running down the street with people streaming from their houses and throwing stuff at him looked great.

Only critique is I would have liked to have a little more story. A reason why everyone hated him so much, or something. After a bit it just becomes a video about people throwing stuff at him.

But that simply only kept it from being a spectacular short. It was still great.
 
Thanks guys. I know what you mean blazer, but it was something qi just wanted to do. Next time we do one I'm going to spend a bit more time thinking of it more as a short.

Maybe he should have been a Ginger (redhead) a la Gavras' Born Free.

That would explain everything.

Lots of great shotmaking, very cinematic. I wasn't crazy about the guy taking
a dump on him. That was just nasty. Now if you had blown him up...

The new kid has a very likable screen presence which makes this video more
disturbing than it otherwise would be. You really feel for that guy.

Maybe you are tapping into something deep here as it does seem that mean-spirited
hatred of the other is the current zeitgeist in early 21st century America.

But maybe not.
