Juno

I enjoyed this film quite a bit. I got a fever and the only prescription is more Michael Cera, er cowbell. Everytime he's on the screen I crack up. My only knock on the film is that dialogue seems a little sitcom-y from time to time, but that's fairly easy to get past.

I loved the film. Cast wonderfully, great writing (dialogue and characters), simple and original script. Can't say anything bad about it. Lead performance was exceptional. Go Canadian actors!

Whoa...no idea Ellen was 20. She looked 13ish in the film. That is just me though...I am terrible with approximating ages.

Allison Janney, the mother was also in the West Wing as the Press Secretary. She is a great actress.

what? i seen her interviewed a few times and shes seems real nice. in either case im pissed aout the GG not one win. my ass.

I loved the movie. Favorite I've been to in years. The writing reminded me of "Gilmore Girls" which I believe was a very well written show. Ellen Page was outstanding.

Did this movie try a little too hard to come across as INDY, well yes, did I care, well no...
Though there were too many punchlines, it always got back to the plot about a underage pregnant mother struggling with what to do.
What annoyed me most was the "who´s the Gore director" scene, not only because it was so cliché, but because Lewis and Argento are from different categories IMHO.
And I was sooo with Bateman, not in his last consequence, but I can definetely relate - just don´t tell my wife... ;o)

Caught this yesterday and enjoyed it. The writing is clever, and I thought this film would crumble under the weight of its cleverness but it took on depth right when it needed too and the characters became more than just shells.

I saw this over the weekend. Liked it a lot. Thought Ellen Page was great, was pretty funny.

It really reminded me of a Wes Anderson film, probably the use of the graphics and going through each season and also the soundtrack.

Probably not, because you're already biased against the film and the dialogue is going to grate on you. To me the scripted dialogue is 30% versus 70% for the actor's performances in the final film, so I think you're bound to be disappointed one way or another if you read scripts *before* seeing the film.

Pretty good, but something was missing there... in the script, wript, schwipt...

Great acting, Ellen Page is loaded with... potential.

Umm... is she legal?

...

Hahaha.
