Hey all,

I have just been involved with one of the largest short films of my life, and wanted to share it with everyone.

We just wrapped yesterday, so stills, footage, and all that jazz or on it's way.

The film is in French, and i am doing my best to translate the information for you all.

i'll try to get some stuff ASAP. The footage is coming back today, i have a little shoot to do this coming week so probably have some **** up within the next week and a half.

Nice pics Jon. So I guess they're letting you guys shoot on Digital now in film prod?

Not exactly, this is not a film for school, I pitched the project in november, the jury rejected and it was planned to happened that way in the end since we wanted to shoot digital and more 20 minutes film.

So, we decided to shoot it anyway, we did all the pre-prod from late october till mid-january and we went in a house up north of montreal (canada) for 6 days. Awesome shoot, good team, and the rushes are so niceeeee!

I'll let you know more when I'll have time, which means, not before march!

w00t w00t. i know it won't happen, but it would be soo cool to show them something for the concordia film fest at the end of the year screening.

That sucks. Makes more sense now. So you guys are doing this on top of a film for school? How'd you find time to film this!?! lol

I was supposed to be an extra. Couldn't make it in the end. It sucks cause I would have loved to have seen it getting made.

how did we find the time? Well, we wanted to make erics film so badly, and the fact that film school denied it's creation just fueled our own desires to see this bad boy come alive. But yes, it did kill us. No sleep, and constant work when we returned. But it was worth it.

Eric.. I like u.

exhausting adventure. 9 days of shooting on 11 days. Not much sleep, around 5 hours per night...

and i'm still doing damn storyboards for another film I'm shooting this weekend... god, I can't wait wait for the moment everything will be done.
