P PanasonicNZ Well-known member Jul 25, 2005 #22 PAL cameras don't feature 24 and 30p. It simply doesn't fit in the 50Hz world. That's why there is a 25p mode, to emulate the film-look thing you get in 24p. On the upside, there's no pull down involved in capturing 25p footage.
