Jan - When can we get 16GB P2?

Hey, if Jan from Panny could answer this, it would be great, but anyone with more than guesses, shoot away. When will 16GB P2 cards be available. We're shooting a feature in June and are probably using the HVX, but don't want to do it if we're constantly swapping out 8GB cards. I see you can order them on B&H and other sites, but there doesn't seem to be any knowledge on exact dates. Anyone know?
 
Best bet would be to call around to some dealers and see if you can get in on their first shipment. Look at our "where to buy" guide for a list of lots of authorized dealers; try places like spec-comm, B&H, Abel Cine Tech, ProMedia, Full Compass, EVS, etc.
 
Don't forget Roscor, when everyone else had weeks to wait for their HVXs I was able to get one because they didn't have as many pre-orders. Like Barry said, if you're anxious to get one (or some) call around for the shortest wait.
 
Roscor and Lerro are a couple of excellent bets, as are W.H. Platts, Great Northern Video, AVSupply.com, AVAlive.com... there are probably a hundred authorized dealers out there who'll have some stock, so try to get pre-ordered at a place that can guarantee you you'll get some from the first batch.
