J.J Abrams "Cloverfield" project.

Do they make them that big now? These are crazy times we live in. I remember of dreaming of the day TVs would get to 13 inches. That's gotta be expensive, though.

How am I supposed to get sick looking at a plastic disc sitting on top of my TV? Well, I contracted gonorrhea, but I dont think it's related.

I own the dvd, i did not get sick, I also watched it with about 5 other people some of which do get motion sickness and none of them got sick watching it, one of them got annoyed by it but thats a whole other issue lol.

I really love this film so dont let fear of motion sickness keep you from checking it out.

My favorite 5 minutes are just before they enter the subway. When soldiers charge the monster and some tank passes through the street.

Horrifying...

I also really enjoyed the film & was lucky enough to follow the making of it and the behind the scenes stuff.

Just curious if it is still getting a bad rap for motion sickness on DVD for home use.

It sounds like things are fine on dvd.

It's the size of the image. A smaller screen helps.

Watching it in my theatre was fine for me. Watching it in the local theatre gave me a bit of a headache.

I watched it on DVD. No nausea cased by excessive handheld shooting style, just from the movie itself...:Drogar-BigGrin(DBG)

I had the most motion sickness when I first watched in the theater, but I actually... liked it. :Drogar-Love(DBG):

I have the feeling that the makers of "Cloverfield" had a really good look at "The Mist" before doing this.

Felt veery similar.
