J.J Abrams "Cloverfield" project.

Christ, I hope not. That is the lamest monster since Broderick Godzilla. After all of the hype, that image single-handedly made me NOT want to see this film. At least now I have some hope again. Thanks PK!

omfg... the Broderick Godzilla...... shssssss it was indeed horrible.

if anybody sees it please post some major spoilers and maybe make your text the same color as the forum background so i can highlight it and read it in code.

i plan on catching it when it comes to dvd. for some reason i've lost complete interest in this film.

I just saw it, its a great film. Anyone who goes to see it, there is no extra clips at the end. so don't waste your time.. but there is a piece of audio at the end of the credits though, I dunno what it said but... .....

good story, characters... I dont think it was shot in HD though, it looks too good.

I just got out of a screening of it.

I must say, it was pretty great. I throughly enjoyed it. The CG stuff was added in very well. The monster was interesting too. Not telling anything else about it. But I can't wait till some others see it and we open the floodgates to discussion. I am pissed I saw it alone since I can't talk to anyone about it.

Let me know what you think about it. Missed the audio, since the credits rolled silent I got bored and left. Now I wish I waited through it.

I got halfway through it last night at 12:01 sshowing but GF got motion sick so had to go.

Going back Saturday to watch it again. The Monster was so weird. CTHULHU!

SPOILERS!!!

well, disappointed that it wasn't some cult following in the works. Pretty random. It's not cthulhu. It's just a monster. A good looking monster at that. the whole experience form the viewpoint of one camera was unique. It's just that, an experience and not a full functional narrative. But have to say i loved it.
The audience members were quick to trash it down when it ended without resolving a thing.
but the fact of the matter is, it ended where it needed to end. and im glad it did.
Proud to say that this is quite a feat and glad that executives allowed it to happen this way. gonna make tons of cash.
