its a fast, heavy, and first music video with the 7D

I didn't think it was that bad....
I don't mind the music...I like heavy bands, it wasn't the greatest, and like Jason says..they're young. My experience says they'll figure it out once they watch themselves over and over...they usually do....

...but I liked the other vid more that you did of the guy building the castle with mini bricks then smashing it...that was awesome.

...and having had to wield a fire extinguisher or 2 myself on past gigs, as much as I wanted to see that city backdrop burn, I can understand not wanting out-of-control fires or smoke inhalation to become factors in your shoot...

every vid ya learn more...giver!

enjoyed the video. Liked the music, the beat actually. like others said i was also waiting for the backdrop to burn. would have been cool to have that slowed down. The video does build the audience for that to happen. A deff let down.
Over all i think it was good.

Beautiful! Well shot, well edited and I actually enjoyed the music!

Wouldn't mind working with you in the future as a matter of fact, I'm into the same type of music video production. Not established but I'd done some stuff on my own.

Well done, Bravo Bravo!

haha i am glad someone enjoys the music. but hey, its very understandable. people are either into heavier stuff or they aren't. Thank for the compliments! I have another video coming up soon. Post when its finished.

Dude I kinda liked it. I think with more contrasty color grading and faster cutting on the syncopated parts of the song, the video could really soar! Also more extreme close ups, especially of the individual performers would have got me more into it.
I totaly understand about not wanting to start an uncontrolable fire. That didn't look like the safest setup to set ablaze. Not sure what you could have done but I just feel so bad that it's caused people to react negatively. It really didn't bother me but when a bunch of people leave that same criticism it certainly is an issue that should be looked at.
You put a lot of good work into this and you should be proud because I think it shows! :)

I'm sure a lot of people, including myself enjoy heavier music.

But there is a difference between a good heavy band...like say Pantera? Children of Bodom? Opeth? And some band of minor talent with a "lead singer" that does nothing but rip their throat apart "screaming" unintelligibly into a microphone.

If I want to listen to that and call it music I'll make a beat in garage band and put vocals of my dog barking over it.

Truly amazing, specifically at 2:46 when it goes techno and jay-z autotune. You taught me a lesson never to click on one of these links again

You mean you didn't like this band who looked all hardcore, squatting all low and savage looking like they are trying to take a dump onstage?

Or maybe you didnt like the keyboard played who had nothing better to do than stand their gripping his toy setup and shaking his head in sync with the other guys.

Or perhaps it was the part where these awesome hardcore guys are screaming and growling and suddenly turn into Fall out Boy with the help of some T-Pain vocoder action?

I mean really, how can you not like that? Its brilliant right? I mean those guys have real talent, no? come oooooooon....come oooooon......

garbage :violent5:
