Issue with 720p60 footage audio sync

Greetings!

I've got footage shot for a project this past weekend that I tried bringing into FCP studio 2. when I view the footage in P2CMS it plays back fine, audio is synched, video does not drop frames, etc. Once I bring it into FCP all hell breaks loose with the footage. The audio is there ( but totally unsycned) for the first few seconds of the clip then dissapears. Does anyone have any insight as to why this might be happening? I tried removing the pulldown ( I don't even know if its necessary) and it gave me an error message stating " File does not contain DVCPRO- HD or DVCPRO-50 NTSC video"....

what strikes me as odd is that there were 4 cameras which were all totally synched up in terms of settings, and only the footage from my camera has issues.

Thank you in advance for your help.

First of all, the DVCProHD codecs FCP uses automatically remove the pulldown, so you shouldn't have to take any steps to do that.

Also, before you log and transfer, make sure that you have told FCP to use the same codec (in Final Cut Pro>Audio/Video Settings) as the footage was shot with. Not sure if that's the problem, but it sounds like it could be.
