Is this a possible RED configuration?

After a bit of photoshop, I configured the Red camera like I hope will be possible. I placed the battery underneath and at the front of the camera. I placed the RED Drive underneath and to the back of the camera. The camera then sits on top of both and the red rail underneath. All of this mounts to a standard sliding tripod face plate (which maybe you don't need with the red rail to help balance the camera).

I'd ideally would like a box that both the drive and battery slide into with quick and easy connections to the camera. Is this configuration or similar a possibility RED Team?

Also - Is the RED Drive going to be very very quiet so a surround microphone on top of the camera would not pick it up?

im pretty sure that lens is wayyyyyyyyyyyyy big for the body.. i think your underestimating the size of the red camera.. think hvx200 (maybe a pinch bigger)
so just free transform that lens down a few notches
 
Yes, I agree that rails and follow focus should be added, but the real question is putting the battery and drive under the camera so that its very small and fits into a carryon backpack, and can quickly be pulled from the bag and be ready to shoot.

As for the lense being too big, I've seen Cooke lenses that are as big or bigger about the size of a standard camera plate. Having never seen red with a big zoom lense on a tripod. Im not totally sure what the size is - but that is part of the point in asking to see it with lense on sticks.

That would be extremely handy, at least for myself anyway.

I'm afraid, I'd prefer a lower center of gravity instead and keep the hard drive as far away from the mic as possible. There are several companies that are putting either the battery under the camera and or hard drive... why not both?

The photo is from FredMiranda.com. I would like to see someone do a photoshop of the Red camera and lenses in a Pelican 1510 case. (I don't have photoshop and don't know how to use it.) I know the Red team is very busy and we already got out Christmas pics from Jim, but it would make a nice New Years gift, to see pics of the Red in a Pelican (and on a tripod too.) P. S. I like Manfrotto brand. ;)

Ok, here are some more pics. Greg wanted a bag. How about a bag that fits in a case? Oakley makes bags, right. I don't think this requset is too out of line. A pic of a Red in a specially made Oakley bag in a red color Pelican 1510 case. (nix the grey egg crate foam.)
