Is there a Video Tutorial for the GH1 Hack yet?

The reason why I ask is because there are so many threads and each one I go to has just the Ptool tutorial. Nothing on when do cable up your camera, what settings you must have your camera on,what buttons and so forth. Sorry for such noob questions but I have been watching ever since the tester thread started and lost track. But I also did not want to start doing the hack till everything looked safe. Now it looks like it is totally safe to play with. Thanks in advanced.

It may not be exactly what you are looking for. However, this video shows enough of it to at least get you going. If someone is struggling with it after watching this video then hacking firmware is probably not a good idea for them.

Remember you can always pause the video if it is going to fast for you.

That is a great idea. I've donated money and bought a GH1 but I'm hesitant about taking the step to patch it since I've never done this before and I'm not very tech savvy. Please announce it when the video tutorial comes out.

The very top option in the tool. It says "Version Change". Please note that the tool is being updated constantly. Options are added, changed, and removed. What is correct today may not be tomorrow.

maybe its different for the GF1, but there is a version compare box too now, allows youto go back to a much earlier version incl. the latest official release.

I'm wondering about this too. This is my first time updating my firmware and I'm not sure whether/which/how to use version change and compare patches.
