When I record video, right vertical on the right of the lcd box appears and then five small boxes fill it up and recording stops. This has been happening on almost every other take?
This happens to me too... I'm using 8gb Kingston 133x cards, what are you using? It will happen randomly to me... Does your LCD screen dim too? I was wondering if my camera is faulty.
Thanks for that update. I have a Pro Spec 16gb High Speed. This is what the guy at Calumet gave me. Is that a hunk of Junk? Also that warning bar is not refering to over heating only the memory card? Thanks again.
Your card is faster than mine and your getting that message too... From an earlier post I asked if my camera was defective... A user told me to format the card each time I put it in the camera, but should I have to do that?? It seems a user should just be able to pop in the card clear the images and shoot, without having that bar come up on the side... I'm starting to wonder if mine is defective, because other users have reported they have used Kingston cards like mine and have no issues. Your using a faster card and have the same issue as me.
I don't think that's the overheat warning... Just the memory card's buffering problems... Try formatting the card in the camera and see if you still get the same problem.
