C100: Is it possible to set Wide DR + in-camera noise reduction ?

Hello,

I find the Wide DR picture profile to be quite noisy. So I tried to modify the Wide DR picture profile and activate noise reduction but his profile is locked. Is there a way to create a custom picture profile that has the exact same settings as the WDR and activate NR4 for instance? I find that even at native ISO850, WideDR gives me quite noisy pictures.

You can use noise reduction with any profile including Wide DR. I use Wide DR for most of my work and leave noise reduction at 3 all the time as I found that to be the best balance between noise and image blurring. You just have to unlock (or unprotect) the profile in order to make changes to it.
