C100: Is anyone using the Edelkrone EVF holder on a C100?

HI,

I'm trying to work out whether to purchase the Edelkrone EVF holder. I cant seem to get a straight answer out of the company about it.

I want to be able to possibly connect it to the back screw on the handle of the C100 and then hang low kind of at lens height if that makes sense. Alot of the pictures on the net show it sitting up high and above the cameras. DOes anyone know if all of this is possible?

I want to try and avoid using the front shoe as I use that for other things... Any suggestions/experience?

Many thanks
Dale

I've been using an Edelkrone EVF for several months now with a Wooden Camera top plate and cold shoe. It drops the Ninja Blade down to the side and works well on tripod or Tilta shoulder mount. Have a look at my previous posts to see some pics.

Hi İnanç

Maybe this is the right thread to ask. I ordered this item on Sept 5th at B&H.
They told me that it'd take 6~8 weeks. It's been more than 10 weeks.
Recently I've asked B&H a few times about this order, and they said that they haven't received it yet.
And they have no idea when they gonna get this item from edelkrone.

Is there anyway you can give me any estimate that how long it'll take to receive this item?

Thank you in advance.

same configuration for me (wooden camera top plate and cold shoe on the front), and even if I like the design and facility to use, I noticed that the edelkrone evf holder started quickly to have some play, resulting in my ninja blade dropping off s little bit on the left, and then, never being right levelled...
