C100: Is 3 Way Color Correction enough when shooting in C-Log ?

Hi,
First, i have to admit i don't know much about Color Correction.
I ask this because all the plugins which let me use Curves in Final Cut 7 really slow down my System. 3 Way Color Correction is not slowing me down a bit and i seem to be getting pretty good Results with it.
Before, from now on, i use only the 3 Way Color Correction with C-Log i just want to know what am i Sacrificing for going this simple Way?

And also. How do you bring your mts Files into Final Cut? Log and Transfer or do you use some alternative methods?

You are not sacrificing anything by not using curves. Actually since canon is a 8 bit camera I don't think adjusts in the curves is better for much. For log and transfer you need the full folder structure for avchd stuff, you will not be able to import the specific mts files, you need to drag the whole private folder from the card to the log and transfer window and the footage will pop up for import.
