C200: IR cutoff

"Do I need to be worried about IR shift when using the internal ND filters?

An Infrared Absorption filter placed in front of the ND filter mechanism greatly reduces the possibility of IR shift when using the EOS C300's internal ND filters."

Do you use an IR cutoff filter when shooting with the C200?

Do you mean an external filter on the camera? I went through pretty extensive all day training on the C300 MKII this year and it definitely has built-in IR cuts in front of it's internal NDs, the instructor spent probably ten minutes of the day specifically discussing how this was important to Canon, I assume the C200 does as well? I have not noticed any IR pollution at all with mine.

Yes I meant adding an IR cutoff filter on the front of the lens. So maybe the C300 didn't have internal IR filtering good enough for an ND of 10 and the C300 II and C200 do.
