Introducing myself with a GH2 video

Just registered and wanted to give you my "comparison video" shot with the GH2 as a gift.


I wish we could have that 1360p resolution for more than 1.6 Seconds.. :)

i don't get it..
what's this first resolution exactly? how did you manage to put out 2430x1360 ?...
 
Won't be long till this is an option for fulltime recording. Personally I dont' want higher resolution as much as I'd love 120 fps or 180 fps.... The ability to ramp during the shot would be ideal too.... man that would be like shooting the the Arri SR3... from my bygone years.

+1. Need to be able to do some real slow mo. 60fps doesn't cut it.
 
I would be happy with 1080p60 like my TM700 . Since the GH2 records in 1080p60 maybe a firmware upgrade will give us that output soon.
 
Searching a solution for converting the AVCHD MTS files to ProRes MOV's and just tried ClipWrap and 5DtoRGB software:

5DtoRGB does take the image quality prize, but ClipWrap is a lot faster. Source was a 133 frame 1080p24 clip.
