Interview with Uwe Boll

I have no opinion of him whatsoever but he does make a some great points.
Typical view point of most artists competing with the ever reaching monopolies of fewer and larger corporations.

Like his movies or not (never seen one myself), at least he's creating something and not sitting back being an internet critic- which IMO is as low as you can get legally......
 
Good interview. I always thought that he is a descent guy, who is just not very talented in making movies, but it is his passion. He is good at marketing and funding, that's how he fulfills his dream.

I just found out, that the father of my brothers girlfriend was his neighbor and went to school with him as a child. Maybe if I need some funding for a future project, that might be helpful :D
 
Most of his haters are video game nuts who wonder why he won't make movie exactly like the games. I feel that way about comic book movies but then again comic book films get millions to make and many times they stiff Boll on the budget and say "Make this".

One thing to love about him is he challenges his critics to boxing matches where he proceeds to beat the crap out of them...Talk about showmanship!
 
I just think he is a public ass. His wanting to fight Bay and Clooney, his internet petition. Never heard of him before that.

And I love how they got in trouble in front of Starbucks. As much as I hate starbucks - I do enjoy a Chai latte from there.

My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with a girl who saw Ferris pass-out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious.
