Hope you chaps don't mind me posting this in here, I don't seem to ever get much response in the Lighting forum.
I'm going to be filming many interviews with my HMC151 over the next month, around 20 in fact. I am a complete novice when it comes to lighting intervuews. My lighting setup is extremely 1 dimensional... 4 x Lowel Omni lights, with stands and barndoors, and gel frames (no gels yet though). The lights take 300w or 500w bulbs, I need to buy all the bulbs so I'm still free to choose which.
How would you chaps go about filming standard interviews with 3 (or 4) Lowel Omnis, at 300w or 500w? I don't have any sort of diffusion, gels, umbrellas etc., but I'm happy to buy anything that will help. I don't need to create any special atmosphere, it just needs to look nice and good. This is for an educational project, so the talent are teachers, pupils, parents, authority staff etc.
