Wow what a killer internship. Enjoyed the vid. I just got my 7D this summer and haven't had it on snow yet but am really looking forward to it. Did you use any kind of stabilizer in the shots where you were riding/skiing alongside the riders? I've never had a problem riding and shooting decent shots with my HMC150 but have been thinking of the best way to use the 7D while doing the same thing. ANy tips for riding with the 7d or just shooting on snow in general? Can't wait for winter.

Glad you liked it man! I use my 7D with a glidecam 2000 pro stabilizer and a wide angle lens. best way to get stable shots imo
good vid! wat was your settings? i.e. f/stop, af? been thinkin of doin some action vids but wondering how you kept everything in focus...
shot mostly on my wide angle with glidecam so ill speak of those settings
on average (give or take in each direction)
aperture- 11-18
shutter speed - 100-400
iso-100
manual focus set almost to infinity
custom picture profile (sharpness all the way down, saturation 1 stop up)
